• Commercial and relationship data, such as information about your organization, your role, products or services of interest, proposals, contracts, and our business relationship with you.
• Marketing and event data, such as your communication preferences and information you provide when registering for or attending an event, webinar, or meeting.
• Financial and transaction data, such as billing contact information and payment-related information. Payment card information, if any, may be collected directly by our payment processor rather than by Hamco.
• Other information you choose to provide, including information entered into free-form fields or otherwise submitted to the Service.

Third-party sources

We may obtain personal information from other sources, including:

• Your organization or other customers that use the Service.
• Public sources, including company websites, public records, professional networking services, and other publicly available sources.
• Business partners, referral sources, event organizers, and professional service providers.
• Service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, and support the Service.

Automatic data collection

When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about your device and activity, such as:

• Online activity data, including pages or screens viewed, dates and times of access, navigation paths, referring pages, links clicked, and interactions with our emails or Service.

Hamco does not permit third-party AI providers to use customer data submitted to the Service to train generalized models except where expressly agreed with the applicable customer or otherwise disclosed to the relevant user. Hamco may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve the Service, subject to applicable law and contractual restrictions.

How we use personal information

We may use personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:

Service delivery and operations

• Provide, operate, configure, maintain, and support the Service.
• Authenticate users, manage accounts, and provide security features.
• Process customer-provided workflow data and perform requested operational tasks.

Service improvement and analytics

• Protect the rights, privacy, safety, and property of Hamco, our customers, users, and others.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the Service, comply with legal, accounting, reporting, and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, and prevent fraud or abuse. When personal information is no longer required, we may delete it, de-identify it, or isolate it from further use, subject to applicable law and our contractual obligations.

How we share personal information

• Service providers and subprocessors that provide hosting, cloud infrastructure, information technology, cybersecurity, AI or machine-learning functionality, communications, analytics, customer support, and other services on our behalf.
• Customers and users, where disclosure is necessary to provide the Service or where an organization has authorized access to information associated with its account or workflows.
• Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, bankers, and insurers.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not use personal information processed on behalf of our business customers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices

Marketing communications

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism in those messages or by contacting us at hello@hamco-labs.com. If you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-marketing messages, such as security, support, transactional, and administrative communications.

Account information

Cookies and similar technologies

You can manage certain cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the cookie controls we provide on the Service. Blocking some cookies may affect Service functionality.

If Hamco processes your information solely on behalf of one of our customers, you should generally direct your request to that customer; we will assist the customer as required by applicable law and our contract.

The Service may contain links to websites, applications, and online services operated by third parties. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services you use.

Security

We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

International data transfers

Hamco is based in the United States and may use service providers that operate in the United States and other countries. As a result, personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Service. State privacy rights notice

This section applies to residents of U.S. states to the extent that a state privacy law applies to Hamco and grants the rights described below. The availability and scope of these rights varies by state, and exceptions may apply.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it.
• Correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
• Delete personal information we maintain about you.
• Obtain information about the categories of personal information we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.

Hamco does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Hamco does not knowingly use personal information processed through the Service for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals, except where separately disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Exercising your rights

You may submit a request by contacting us at admin@hamco-labs.com. Please describe the right you wish to exercise and provide sufficient information for us to understand and respond to your request. We may need to verify your identity and residency before completing certain requests. We will not require you to create an account solely to submit a privacy request.

Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require evidence that the agent is authorized to act for you and may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

Information practices for California and other applicable states

The table below summarizes categories of personal information that Hamco may collect and process in connection with the Service. Actual practices vary depending on how you interact with us and on the services a customer uses.

Sensitive personal information

Hamco does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information directly from website visitors for the purpose of inferring characteristics about them. Customer-provided workflow data may contain sensitive personal information depending on the applicable workflow. When Hamco processes such information on behalf of a customer, we process it for the purposes specified by that customer and subject to our contractual obligations.

California "Shine the Light"

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 may permit certain California residents to request information regarding disclosures of certain personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Hamco does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes as contemplated by that law.
